Adds the ability to scaffold out plugins resources within the project making it easier to add additional plugins by utilizing a Cursor rule. Adds a contributing guide that mentions what steps to take for adding new plugins. Adds some additional GitHub templates for reporting issues.
Also, updates and fixes some of the doc issues that were originally missed.
Expands upon the ignore files a bit.
Lowers some of the resource footprint for the test resources that are deployed
Adds prettier and shellcheck for some linting
