Description of the problem being solved:
Copied over some mostly useless stuff from
https://snosme.github.io/poe-dat-viewer/. We were exporting the files anyway so might as well have the data set up right. Also labelled a few useful things like traptools DetonationType and ThrowTime.Probs fine to pull as is, just gonna tinker a little more either in this PR or another time.
