nampy ®Nampy, almost numpy but not quite

Project

• Take dataset consisting of muni. csv
• Set up nemotron to generate routes based on stop IDs
• Take output from nemotron and evaluate completeness/score using RL env
• Make sure something about the ARM cpu is specifically tweaked for project
• Run with 1 bus total, 2 buses total, record the defined routes
• Generate GIF with routes over generations and put beside today's muni map
