I have a found a bug with regards to listings that has broken tests. This bug seems to be related the new POSC plugin itself. |

The bug mentioned above was resolved. I will work on pulling in the new plugin version. Just a heads up this require updating the docker file to pull in the new version. |

Check for existing symlinks and validate they point to the correct in-progress directory. Ensure symlink targets are always absolute paths.

This PR addresses #2708. As discussed in the pelican dev meeting this prevents fully uploaded objects from appearing under the namespace.
