We need to have a dwi-only test up and running before we merge this, even if CI passes. |

Can we have a test that just ignores anatomical images using the BIDS filter file parameter, or do we need to run QSIPrep in dwi-only mode in order to create a valid test dataset? |

We could manually delete the anat files at the beginning of the CI test. Do you remember if bids filter files work at a file level in qsirecon? |
