The enums values were not sorted in a clear order, making it difficult to know whether an update was needed. Using alphabetical order makes human scans more effective.

We recently added the concept of a web archive to the backend; this updates our record type to reflect the new enum value.

This PR updates our models to reflect the web archive type for both files and records.
It also includes a minor quality of life improvement related to enum attribute sorting.
