docs: revamp getting started for new Phala Cloud UI#150

Rewrite the getting started docs to match the redesigned Phala Cloud dashboard, which now uses workspaces, a single-page deploy form, and updated navigation. Replace outdated screenshots with fresh ones and simplify the templates section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
