GitHub action to generate feeds using RSS-Bridge

Usage:

1. Paste RSS-Bridge links into list
2. Place any custom bridge PHP files into bridges
3. Place any patches into patches
4. Enable/run the action
5. Rendered files will be placed in out and available on Github Pages
