Description of Issue
When a USD file is loaded in USDView (or any Hydra context), Hydra does not receive invalidations when a shader prim is deactivated.
However if you deactivate the material prim, the change does propagate.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any USD file with an assigned material on a prim
- Deactivate any shader used by the material and see that nothing changes in the viewport
