Light Filters should be containers for shading networks #3908

At present, if you connect shading nodes to light filter inputs, updates to the shading nodes will not trigger updates in Hydra 2. This is because shading nodes defer updates to their parent. In the case of shaders that are children of a Material, there's a complementary promise in the adapter to handle the updates of their children.

At a minimum, this promise is missing from the light filter adapter.
