Chat reset on `/` should reset history

Steps to Reproduce and Observed Behavior

When you scroll up, exit chat, then press /, the chat gets replaced with / but you stay in the same place in history. I think its fine to keep the location of history after exiting, but not with the / shortcut. That should be all.
