hic_map_combinations parameter validation does not check for self-comparisons #318

Description of the bug
This case should result in a parameter validation fail,
"hic_map_combinations":"xyz_v1_h1 xyz_v1_h2 xyz_v1_h1:xyz_v1_h1"as xyz_v1_h1:xyz_v1_h1 this comparison is not possible. Instead, the pipeline continued without complaining and later failed at the CREATEREPORT step.
