Adds a new
defaults.processSettingsoption that allows setting default configuration values for all processes. This is useful for applying common settings like namespace, restart behavior, or log locations across multiple processes without repeating them. Individual process settings can still override the defaults. The implementation follows the same pattern as haskell-flake's defaults module.
