Improve ApiTransactionResponse error message when `type` is not provided
Without the `IsOptional` annotation, creating a venue without signers was not posssible. Adding it, allows the functionality to work as expected
`ScopeDto` was allowing all values of asset ID to pass when `type` was set to `ScopeType.Asset`. This adds in check for it to be a valid Asset ID
This adds in `IsOptional` annotation to `securityIdentifiers` in `CreateAssetDto` and `CreateNftCollectionDto`
BREAKING CHANGE: 🧨 `ticker` field in `NftModel` has been renamed to `collection`
Remove an endpoint that has been marked for 2 years since the `testUtils` pallet is expected to be removed from the chain soon BREAKING CHANGE: 🧨 POST /mock-cdd has been removed

include the latest SDK fixes
Remove multiSig.joinCreator (by default MultiSigs are joined now). No longer accept Ticker in claim scopes. Asset ID should be used instead BREAKING CHANGE: 🧨 /multisigs/:multiSigAddress/join-creator is removed. Ticker is no longer allowed for claim scope (use asset ID instead)
