fix: Bump Vercel Cookbook package versions

• Bump Vercel Integration Cookbook package versions using npm audit fix and pnpm audit --fix to resolve critical NextJS vulnerabilities
• All version bumps are minor or patch version bumps

Tests Run/Test cases added:

• There are no relevant test cases to run in the cookbook sample code
• I verified the build succeed via npm run build
