idea: created internship competition

Changes

• I think we could hire 3 people who are less experienced (1 in feature success as everyone is experienced, 1 in product analytics as it's big and most people are experienced, 1 in growth to do experiments)
• this approach would not work for senior hires, but I think it could help us find the next Michael for example

i'm surprised (which is great) and felt maybe this was under generous, ie "fuck i need to build an entire product to have a shot at this".

how would you react were you 18 and applying right now? I'm really curious.

Coming back to this: I think I'd give this a shot if I were about to finish the school year, or have just started summer break. I wouldn't start it in August or September, just because of time constraints. So I think we should get back to this at the end of spring, and give it a serious shot then
