fix(projects): Clicking on New... should not fold/unfold the folder

Problem

Since the New... button is a submenu trigger, clicking on it should trigger the fold/unfold:

How did you test this code?

Locally:

1. Open the left side bar
2. Click on Projects
3. Right click on the folder, and you should see the New... button
4. Click on it, nothing should happen
