I am a Software Engineering Manager with a strong focus on driving high-impact objectives. With engineering as an enabler, I have led teams across various domains, including national authentication systems, engineering tooling, and corporate internal platforms.

As a hands-on full-stack engineer, I believe in leading by example—balancing cross-functional leadership, people management, and product delivery. My approach is centered on taking the highest-leverage actions and solving complex problems effectively.
