feat(contract): enforce lifecycle-bound archive and restore transitions

Implement lifecycle-bound archive and restore functionality for GitHub issue #1403.

Features Added

• New MarketState enum values: Archived, Restored
• archive_event(): Transition Resolved/Cancelled → Archived (admin-only)
• restore_event(): Transition Archived → Restored (admin-only)
• LifecycleValidator: Comprehensive state validation and corruption detection
• Archive/restore events with replay protection and audit trail
  closes [Quality-2][High] Bound archive and restore transitions by lifecycle state #1403

Error Codes (New)

• CannotArchiveFromState (442): Archive only from Resolved/Cancelled
• CannotRestoreFromState (444): Restore only from Archived
• MarketAlreadyArchived (445): Duplicate archive rejection
• MarketAlreadyRestored (446): Duplicate restore rejection

Design Properties

• Backward compatible: NO breaking changes
• Deterministic: Same inputs always produce same outputs
• Safe: Authorization enforced, idempotency guaranteed
• Observable: Events emitted for all operations
• Consistent: State and metadata always synchronized

Testing

• 30+ comprehensive test cases
• Success paths, rejection paths, edge cases, regression tests
• Authorization verification, state consistency validation
• Concurrent operation safety
