Summary
Add new
observerClusterWidevariable, which enables cluster wide kopf observer. It is already supported by worker code, but I didn't find how to removePREFECT_INTEGRATIONS_KUBERNETES_OBSERVER_NAMESPACESenv var with existing configuration, it is added unconditionally.Requirements
