The background image was not being displayed because the style.css file was pointing to a broken external URL. This commit fixes the issue by updating the CSS to use the locally stored background image.

This commit introduces a 'Liquid Glass' effect with a morphing
animation to the main UI elements.

- The `slow-pan` animation has been removed to make the background
  static, as requested.
- The glassmorphism effect has been enhanced with a stronger blur,
a more pronounced gradient, and a deeper shadow to create a more
  'liquid' feel.
- A new CSS animation, `morph`, has been added to animate the
`border-radius` of the glass elements, creating a fluid,
  'blob-like' effect.
This commit moves the background styling from the `html` element to
the `body` element. This resolves an issue where the background was
not remaining fixed during page scroll, despite the use of
`background-attachment: fixed`.

By applying the background directly to the `body`, the intended
fixed-background effect is now working correctly.
