This is something that comes up every now and then.
Since users are not expected to modify
SGD2FreeRes's config file, if, likely due to unfortunately timed process termination, the config file ends up being malformed, just load up the defaults instead of forcing the user to remove the file by hand.(Yes, this is a slight hack due to the available API's clunkiness).
