Built a complete neural network architecture [9 → 16 → 8 → 2] from scratch in pure NumPy — no TensorFlow or PyTorch dependencies.

Key Achievements:

• ✅ Implemented forward pass with ReLU and Softmax activation functions
• ✅ Built cross-entropy loss computation and backpropagation algorithm from first principles
• ✅ Applied gradient descent optimization (learning rate = 0.01)
• ✅ Trained on 3,276 water samples with 9 chemical features for 10,000 epochs
• ✅ Achieved ~64% test accuracy on binary classification task
• ✅ Applied He weight initialization for robust network initialization
• ✅ Implemented StandardScaler preprocessing and one-hot encoding
