Supplimentary material for "DeepNLME - Conditional Generative Scientific Machine Learning with applications in Pharmacology"

This repository contains the code used to generate the computational results in the paper "DeepNLME - Conditional Generative Scientific Machine Learning with applications in Pharmacology".

The entire computational experiment, including synthetic data generation, is done in experiment/idr.jl. The experiment was done using a pre-release version of DeepPumas 0.10 to ensure exact alignment of the software used and the transformations described in the "Mathematical Details of Sequential Covariate Modeling" supporting information section.
