Scripts for data analysis of the 2021 scrubbing run of the SPS

#instructions for plotting gauge data

python write_nxcals_pressures.py (it will give instructions on how to select gauge)
python prepare_overview_pickle_from_h5.py
python plot_overview_selectGauge.py

The last step saves a figure for the selected gauge in the folder 'pictures' with the gauge name and todays date in the name.
