  • Add robust detection for non-seekable output streams
  • Use internal StringIO buffer for non-seekable streams when --sort-reexports is enabled
  • Fix buffer truncation logic to avoid off-by-one errors
  • Add regression test for non-seekable stream scenario
  • Update changelog for version 5.13.3
