[codex] Soften OpenCode draft claim

What changed

• Changed the OpenCode draft title and H1 from a recommendation-style claim to draft testing notes.
• Rewrote the hero copy, meta description, intro, and section labels so the page reads as unfinished notes.
• Kept the noindex, nofollow robots tag in place until there is firsthand testing and a real verdict.

Why it matters

The page should not look like published advice before Matt has tested OpenCode directly. This keeps the draft honest while leaving the topic parked for later.

Validation

• git diff --check
• Python content check for noindex, softened title/H1, draft copy, and removal of the old recommendation title
• Browser snapshot confirmed the changed heading and draft copy render
• Captured a browser verification clip at /workspace/assets/output/opencode-draft-verify.mp4
