添加代码相似度查重功能
比赛结束后superadmin可以在管理员助手上方的相似度检测选项内单击"Run similar"按钮进行后台查重
普通用户可以进入相似度检测页面查看查重结果(按题目显示40%以上相似度的代码)
查重到的代码会自动shared,因此该功能只能在比赛结束后使用,否则会返回提示error
