Waiting on Need binary distribution on PyPI for Python 3.14 qiskit-aer#2378
The lines for the quimb dependency only install for python < 3.14 because binary distributions of kahypar do not exist for it yet - see python 3.12 pypi build kahypar/kahypar#210 (comment) for when this happened for Python 3.12 and 3.13.
