Howdy! I've done a final full-pass of the doc and I think it looks great. But I noticed: I meant to add a bit more explanation (and actual suggestion) to the start of the building materials section.
Feel free to hold off on this if y'all want, but I think it would be great to include it in the first official push here if possible.
