🚀 Top level project management for the conda & conda-forge STA project

Addressing technical and organizational debt in conda and conda-forge

The project is structured in three work packages (WP), whose subitems are labeled accordingly in the issue tracker.

• WP-A: Conda ecosystem specifications, standards, and schemas
• WP-B: Reduce knowledge gaps and technical bottlenecks in conda-forge
• WP-C: Joint support in sustainability/maintenance tasks for both conda and conda-forge communities

📅 Estimated completion

The project is scheduled to take approximately two years, from September 2025 to August 2027.
