Pre-Release v0.1.1

This release fixes an issue with the meta/installer/loader trifecta.
This is a hackfix to get this going and will hopefully be resolved cleaner in the future.

Additionally, this version hides the console on windows.

Initial Pre-Release

This first pre-release contains only client-installer GUI functionality.
CLI installer and server support is planned.
