💡 What: Implemented request-level memoization for getUser, getUserWithTeam, and getTeamForUser in lib/db/queries.ts, and verifyToken in lib/auth/session.ts using React's cache().
🎯 Why: Prevents redundant database queries and CPU-intensive JWT verifications when multiple components (like Layout and Page) request the same data within a single request lifecycle.
📊 Impact: Eliminates multiple duplicate database round-trips per request and reduces CPU overhead for JWT verification.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with pnpm exec tsc --noEmit for type safety and Edge Runtime compatibility (using a conditional wrapper for verifyToken).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5966416623437677294 started by @RAbuseedo

- Wrapped getUser, getUserWithTeam, and getTeamForUser in lib/db/queries.ts with React's cache()
- Memoized verifyToken in lib/auth/session.ts with a conditional cache() wrapper for Edge Runtime compatibility
- Added optimization comments explaining the rationale
