This release of the algorithm was used to generate tracks presented in the paper submitted to JAMC entitled "An Adaptive Tracking Algorithm for Convection in Simulated and Remote Sensing Data". Authors: Bhupendra A. Raut, Robert Jackson, Mark Picel, Scott M. Collis, Martin Bergemann, and Christian Jakob. The Figure in subsection 3g was created using the python version (TINT).
