Update Data Dictionary Schema References

Draft PR for #5.

• Permissive schema allows for extension of local data elements
• Restrictive schema only allows RESO Data Dictionary elements and will fail otherwise

Can this be merged? 2.0 been out for a while ;)
Is there a schema like this for 1.7 by chance?

Hi Alex. Thanks for the reminder.

This PR is pretty outdated at this point but we can make a new one with the current schema.

As a side note, you can always generate the latest schema with RESO Certification Utils.
