create a morse code decoder

users can enter text up to 250 letters and it will decode it into morse code and play it on a buzzer. Users can choose the speed the morse code is being played.

If you are unable to use a WIFI page to get the user input you may use hard coded strings.

I want same documentation as you on the "tutorial.odt" there is an example already done for you
