This PR updates FileCheck patterns for files
with below sub-optimal patterns:
Redundant redefinition
Unnecessary ACC/$reg usage (init, reset)
Unnecessary "S_AND dst, X, exec" followed by "V_CMP X"
Unnecessary XOR flips
Reducible operations
