Add caching of category region for rocpd

Motivation

Gotcha wrapped regions are missing from rocpd output format.

Technical Details

Add caching of regions inside category_region module which will later be processed as rocpd regions.

Test Plan

Try example which uses gotcha wrappers for tracing.

Test Result

Be able to see gotcha wrapped events (for example vaapi) in rocpd trace output.
