  • Adds a setting to record with overlays. This also affects screenshots
  • Adds a toggle to Emulator tab in settings dialog
  • Adds a toggle to home menu settings -> overlays

fixes #11687

TODO:

  • Fix OpenGl overlays in recordings (mirrored vertically)
  • Optimize/Cache memory ?
