Description
Show the subscription entry and upgrade flow on all Android installs, including Google Play. This removes the Android installer gate from
isPaymentFeatureEnabled, so mobile still respectsPAYMENT_ENABLEDwhile Android uses the existing Stripe checkout flow.PR Type
