Summary

Adds a tiny documentation-only smoke test file so we can verify that Codex code review is correctly triggered for pull requests in this repository.

Impact

No runtime behavior changes. This PR is only for validating the GitHub/Codex review integration.

Validation

  • Commit hook passed during git commit
  • Frontend/backend lint and build were not run because this PR changes documentation only
