npm install -g posturefix

Usage

posturefix              # Select interval from menu
posturefix set 30       # Remind every 30 minutes
posturefix set 10s      # Remind every 10 seconds
posturefix stop         # Stop reminder
posturefix status       # Check if running
posturefix help         # Show help

How it works

• Plays a sound at your chosen interval
• Only reminds you when you're actively working
• Pauses when you step away, resumes when you're back
• Resets after 5+ minutes of inactivity (natural break)
