fix tensorflow/keras vulnerability

Proposed changes:

• update tensorflow from 2.12 to 2.14 to fix keras critical CVE-2024-3660 and other major vulnerabilities on tensorflow and transformers

Status (please check what you already did):

• added some tests for the functionality
• updated the documentation
• updated the changelog (please check changelog for instructions)
• reformat files using black (please check Readme for instructions)
