Hi @francesco-defalco Thank you for your contribution 🙌🏻
However the dependency upgrades you put forward (for example the tensorflow upgrade or removal of python 3.8) represent breaking changes in a micro release.
These dependencies are up to date in the latest version of Rasa Pro, which you can access by applying to the developer edition of Rasa Pro. Please note that while the developer edition is not OSS, it is free to use.
