fix: Mobile Responsiveness

Summary

  - **app/layout.js**: Added max-w-[100vw] and overflow-x-hidden classes to body for mobile responsiveness

  What changed
  Use Tailwind's responsive utilities to adjust the layout and UI components for smaller screens, and test across multiple screen sizes.

   Testing
  I tested this locally and the changes work as expected. Happy to make any adjustments if needed!
