Fixed

• Tab "unsaved" indicator. The mark showing a tab has unsaved edits rendered
  as a hollow ring next to the close button, which looked broken and unclear. It
  is now a small filled dot in the same amber as the status bar's "Unsaved"
  indicator, and it cleanly becomes the close (×) button on hover.
