The PipelineRun for E2E tests had the same name as the standard PR pipeline, causing validation errors. Renamed to match its filename and purpose: access-requests-frontend-on-pull-request-with-e2e Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
