• reframe the homepage around Hybrid Platforms' agentic evolution
• highlight Agentic Readiness, Agentic Bug Fixes, ValorFlow refinement, Agentic Backports, and HyperShell
• link active initiatives to Team Tracker, Jira Solve, Fleet Insights, ValorFlow, and HyperShell
• remove the built-in modules and utilities sections from the homepage
• rename the sidebar brand to Hybrid Platforms Org Pulse
• add external Agentic Readiness, ValorFlow Refinement, and HyperShell sidebar links
