feat: add Jira Solve funnel metrics

Summary

• add OCPBUGS and team-level candidate, attempt, and merge metrics
• promote attempts and merge rate as primary KPIs with Jira JQL click-throughs
• classify merges from Done and Done-Errata resolutions
• rename navigation to Agentic Bug Fixes / Jira Solve and remove the unmapped Edge & Ecosystem group
• add demo fixtures, data-format documentation, unit coverage, and a Playwright integration test

Validation

• npm run lint
• npm test (3761 tests passed)
• npm run build
• npm run validate:modules
• npm run validate:openapi
• npx playwright test tests/integration/jira-solve-agent.spec.js
