The published v1.4.4 bundle cannot complete a v1.3.2 install migration on macOS 26: its bundled helper lifecycle predates the launchctl print-disabled => disabled confirmation fix (PR #36). This PR advances the candidate to v1.4.5 build 13 carrying the lifecycle fix plus the preferences/status-JSON (PR #37) and capabilities/idempotency (PR #39) hardening.

Changes (only the four release files)

  • .github/release-manifest.json: candidate 1.4.5 / build 13 / v1.4.5 artifact names.
  • Resources/Info.plist: 1.4.5 / build 13.
  • CHANGELOG.md: 1.4.5 entry with the lifecycle fix + hardening and a scope note (v1.4.4 published but migration-blocked on macOS 26).
  • docs/release-status.md: candidate references advanced.

Verification

  • Manifest: OK (candidate v1.4.5). Metadata: OK (1.4.5 / Vifty-v1.4.5.zip). Release facts: OK. git diff --check: clean.

Non-claims

  • No tag, push, or release mutation. Merging this PR last makes main a valid signed-release-tag target for v1.4.5.

The published v1.4.4 bundle cannot complete a v1.3.2 install migration on
macOS 26 because its bundled helper lifecycle predates the launchctl
print-disabled '=> disabled' confirmation fix. Advance the candidate to
1.4.5 build 13 carrying the lifecycle fix plus the preferences/status-JSON
and capabilities/idempotency hardening.
